Help us understand the issue
- The URL and heading of the affected guide.
- Your device and application version, if relevant.
- The exact step or claim that needs clarification.
- An official reference or a non-sensitive example, if available.
Please do not send passwords, identification documents, confidential files or payment details. A description of the issue is usually enough. We do not offer remote access to your device or promise recovery of lost files.
How messages are handled
We use the information in your email to respond to the inquiry and address the reported issue. Inquiry emails are deleted within 90 days after the matter is resolved. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Response times vary. A correction request is reviewed against the article and available supporting information; it is not automatically accepted without checking.
